Cancellation & Refunds

At Ozous.com, we value our customers and aim to ensure a transparent and fair process for cancellations and refunds. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders for printing and custom design services can be cancelled only before the design approval or printing process begins.
  • Once the artwork/design is approved by the customer and the printing process has started, no cancellation or modification will be accepted.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at ozous.print@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Ozous reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of materials, technical issues, or payment discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled before design approval or printing.
  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect and reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).
  • For any complaint related to damage, replacement, exchange, or refund, the unboxing video of the product is mandatory. Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be considered. The video must clearly show the product being opened from its original packaging, along with the shipping label and any visible damage, if applicable.
  • The company is unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Approved design work, digital artwork, or downloadable design files.
  • Printed materials where the error was due to customer-provided artwork or incorrect content.
  • Any customized or personalized items once approved for production.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  • In some cases, Ozous may issue a store credit or replacement product instead of a cash refund, based on mutual consent.

4. Design & Proof Approval

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the digital proof/design preview before final approval.
  • Ozous will not be responsible for errors in text, images, colors, or layout that were present and approved in the proof file.
