This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
By placing an order with Ozous.com, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation and design approval (if applicable).
- Design orders may require additional time for approval before printing and dispatch.
- The standard processing time for printing orders is 3–7 working days, depending on product type, quantity, and customization level.
- In case of bulk or special orders, processing time may extend, and the estimated dispatch date will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Partners
- We deliver products across India through reputed and reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post, depending on your delivery location.
- For local deliveries within Jaipur or nearby areas, we may use our own delivery system or local courier partners.
- Currently, we do not support international shipping. (Please contact us for exceptions.)
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- After dispatch, the average delivery time is 3–10 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.
- Remote or rural areas may take additional days for delivery.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we strive to meet them, Ozous.com shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier delays or unforeseen logistics issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be clearly displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details and courier partner information.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
- If tracking information is not available within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us at ozous.print@gmail.com.
6. Packaging & Quality Check
- All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
- Please do not accept delivery if the packaging appears tampered or damaged.
- In such cases, note the issue with the delivery agent and immediately contact us with supporting photos/videos.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur re-shipping charges, which must be paid by the customer.
- In case the courier marks the order as undeliverable, Ozous will contact you to re-confirm the address before re-dispatch.
8. Delivery Confirmation
- Delivery will be deemed complete once the courier marks the shipment as “Delivered” in its tracking system.
- Ozous is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages after successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
- Ozous.com shall not be held liable for such delays, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, transport strikes, or courier network disruptions.
