  • All product images and mockups shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual results may vary depending on materials, printing processes, and colors.
  • Custom orders are processed based on the design proofs approved by the customer. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on Ozous.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order through secure payment gateways integrated on the website.
  • Ozous.com does not store any credit/debit card or payment information on its servers.

6. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation and design approval (where applicable).
  • Any delay caused due to incomplete design files, unclear instructions, or late approvals will extend the estimated delivery timeline.
  • Ozous reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on the product type, order quantity, and delivery location.
  • While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time, Ozous is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

In summary:

  • Orders can be cancelled before printing or design approval only.
  • Once the design is approved and printing begins, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Ozous Designs.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer. However, by uploading it, you grant Ozous a limited right to use it solely for processing and fulfilling your order.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You will not upload or submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt or misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.
