Conditions

Design & Creative:

• Ozous will provide you maximum of 3 designs and 4 revisions of any chosen design.
• After approval of creative any type of updation or alterations will cost 25% extra of actual cost.
• If source file is also required, it may cost additional 15% of the work charges. Source file of creative will be delivered only after full payment done.

Visual Appearance (Print):

• Ozous will provide you maximum of 6 working days after approval / given of artwork design and Purchase order.
• Ozous will provide an additional quote for printing graphic projects if requested by the Customer. The Customer holds no obligation to use Ozous to proceed with printing and are welcome to use their own supplier.
• Once a signed off print file has gone to the printers, Ozous hold no responsibility for spelling, or any other graphical errors.
• In the unlikely event that prints come back faulty, damaged, or there are any other problems with the printing itself, Ozous will work with the printing supplier to resolve the issue.

Payment:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount (including Tax) to start the work.
• Balance payment has to be made when the design is finalized before handling the final files and content.
• If any work has been agreed to commence prior to initial 50% minimum deposit, payment will still be required if customer withdraws from the project.

Work will be commenced after written or mail confirmation only.
